Orders are sent via Expedited Parcel Post unless otherwise specified, there is no charge for shipping within Canada and the United States. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-12 business days within Canada and the United States. International orders can take longer and will be subject to a shipping charge, please email us for a shipping estimate. For orders outside of Canada the buyer is responsible for any duty, taxes or other charges that may be imposed. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Ontario residents are subject to GST & PST, all other provinces are subject to GST or HST. Most orders are shipped from Markham, Ontario and take 1-2 business days to process, unless stated otherwise. Returns are not accepted. You must include your full name, address, order information (including Order # which can be found in My Account > Previous Orders) and a full explanation of the issue.
